AVERY, Daniel Peter - 90,
Larry's River, Guysborough Co.,
passed away Saturday, November 16, 2002, in Pictou.

Born in Larry's River, Guysborough Co.,
he was a son of the late Angus and Lucy (Boudreau) Avery.
Peter worked as a carpenter most of his life in Cambridge, Mass.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa; sons, Frank (Maureen),
Florida; Rodney (Rhonda), Fairbanks, Alas.; grandchildren, Cheryl, Patricia,
Maureen, Cauleen and Stefan; great-grandchildren,
Derek, Andrea, Anina and Alise; many nieces and nephews;
favourite niece, Margaret Hartson, Pictou; sisters, Josephine Richard, Halifax;
Nancy Boucher, North Bay, Ont.; sister-in-law, Rita Richard; niece, Pam Richard,
and nephew, Norbert Avery, all of Montreal, Que.
He was predeceased by brothers, Joseph and William; sister, Mary Alice Pellerine;
nephew, Remi Pellerine. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Wednesday in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Larry's River.
Funeral mass will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, also in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church,
Larry's River, Rev. Will MacPherson officiating. Burial will be
in the parish cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made
to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements
are entrusted to G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
