Arthur H. MacDonald

Sherbrooke June 13th---

The death of Arthur H. MacDonald occurred at St. Martha's Hospital, on Wednesday, May 31st in his 79th year.
A member of one of St. Mary's pioneer families, he was born at Sherbrooke and spent the greater part of his life here.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Forbes MacDonald; one brother, Newman, and a sister predeceased him.
The funeral was held from home on Friday at 2 pm, with Rev. Alexander Firth officiating, assisted by William Reid student missionary.
Internment was at Riverside Cemetery.
