Margaret Carmichael

Mrs. Margaret Ellen Carmichael - 85,
Jordanville, Guysborough County,
formerly of Cambridge Ontario,
died Sunday in St. Mary's Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke.
Born in Indian Harbour Lake, Guysborough County,
she was a daughter of the late David and Agnes (Hiltz) MacDonald.
She was a retired seamstress of Wilson's Drapery,
Preston, Ontario. She was a member of
St. Thomas Anglican Church, Indian Harbour Lake,
and the Indian Harbour Lake and Jordanville Women's Institute.
She is survived by a daughter Margaret Jordan, Jordanville;
two sons, Garnet, Orillia Ontario; Harvey, North Bay Ontario;
a brother, Earle, Indian Harbour Lake; 12 grandchildren;
15 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband, William; an infant son;
two sisters, Eva and Alice; three brothers,
Harry, Bert, Leslie. The body is in
St. Thomas Anglican Church, Indian Harbour Lake,
visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today and Wednesday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday,
Rev. Greg MacMullin officiating. Burial in Sunset Rest Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made
to St. Thomas Anglican Church or Sunset Rest Cemetery.
