LARRY'S RIVER - Mary Alice Pellerine,
Larry's River, Guysborough County, died Tuesday in St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Larry's River, she was a daughter of the late Angus Avery and Lucy Boudreau.
She was a member of St. Peter's Church, Larry's River,
and the ladies auxiliary, Torbay Branch No. 17.
She is survived by three daughters: Garnet (Mrs. Joseph Avery), Larry's River;
Kay (Mrs. Martin McNamara), Evanston; Ann (Mrs. George MacNamara),
Fredericton, N.B.; four sons: Remmie and Wallace, both of Larry's River;
Angus, New Glasgow; Elmer, Castelgar, B.C.; two sisters:
Josephine (Mrs. Joseph Richard) and Nancy (Mrs. C.A. Boucher), both of Halifax;
a brother: Daniel Peter, Cambridge, Mass. She was predeceased by
her husband, Lawrence; a son, Ritchie; two brothers:
William and Joseph. The remains are resting
in St. Peter's Church, Larry's River, from where funeral service
will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
